Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We certainly do, we provide international shipping. After you place your order, you must input the address where you want your package delivered and then press the update button. The shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. The shipping fee is determined by the country to which you are sending.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email following your transaction. You will get another email with the tracking information after the shipment is sent.

How do I cancel my order?

You can send us an email at zahra@travelandstore.com and request to cancel your order. If your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

How do I modify my address or make changes to my order?

We are committed to ensuring that you receive your shiny Ritual products as soon as possible. We take great pride in providing excellent customer service, therefore you have a limited time to alter your address or amend your order. If your order not shipping yet, yes, we can process the amendment as per your request. So, send urgent email amendment to zahra@travelandstore.com with all details about your request and we will do the needful. If your order is shipped, we are unable to amend. In the event in an incorrect shipping address is provided, a full shipping fee and a $11.00 administration charge will be collected to reroute a package already in transit.

How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

The delivery time is an estimated time provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee the exact time of the delivery. Delivery time by DHL, Aramex or FedEx.
Your order will be shipped from Morocco. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
For most of Europe: Delivery takes 3 to 5 days.
For US and Canada: Delivery takes 5 to 7 days.
For the rest of the world: Delivery takes 5 to 10 days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped.

Important: Delivery days are business days, and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery services. Additionally, for consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Do you provide free shipping?

If your order is over 265USD, you will benefit from free shipping to your country.

What are customs, Am I responsible for paying customs fees?

Customs is a term commonly used in international shipping pointing to the duties, fees or taxes charged on items being shipped from one country to another. Costs can vary depending on the items and countries being shipping from and into. Each country has its own customs rules and guidelines.

Since all our products are shipped from Morocco, Customs Duties MIGHT charge you import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that our shipping cost doesn’t include customs taxes and duties. You will need to pay them in your country if required. It is better to contact the customs office in your country for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay the cost for your order using your credit or debit card or your PayPal account. All our payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can submit your payment even if you don’t have an account with PayPal.

You only need to choose to pay by PayPal if you have account with them or pay by your debit or credit card if you don’t have. You will be redirected to PayPal gateway page in which you can enter your card information to submit your payment securely.

How can I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The customer can return the delivered items within 7 days of the date of delivery, In the event that you would like to return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer service team by phone or email zahra@travelandstore.com to initiate the return process.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and the address where you can send the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged Item Policy:

If the item you receive is damaged or defective, we are sorry about that, please contact zahra@travelandstore.com with a photo of the damage item as well as your order number within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer you to exchange the item for the same item or a replacement product of equal value from your choice.

In order to receive the exchange, the damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging.

Non-Damaged Item Policy:

If you would like to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and that the shipping costs we paid to send the item to you will be deducted from the amount you paid for the product.
If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund amount.

All returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date, and the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Products must be returned unopened, new, unused condition and in their original packaging in order to receive an exchange. If your return does not meet one of the above criteria, it cannot be accepted.

Some health and personal care items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
