The Maldives is a dream for so many travelers, and for many of them, a visit here is a once-in-a-lifetime getaway. With crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, amazing snorkeling, and iconic overwater bungalows. You might be looking for an all-inclusive resort, have a specific activity in mind, want an island with a stunning reef or be celebrating a special occasion like romance, or you want to learn and experience how to dive.
In fact, you may only want to simply lie on a beach that rivals the most beautiful in the world or you may be looking for the best island escape for couples and families ect….
All the resorts in the Maldives are on their own island. These range in size from 2.5km across to just 200m across. So if your stay is more than one week, I advise you to book for 2resort next to each other, why because all the stay in one island resort for this long duration means that all facilities on the resort you choose such as restaurants, bars, sports facilities, entertainment, etc are the only ones you will have access to during your stay.
If your stay for 4 to 5 nights maximum is ok but more than that you may feel boring. of course, all resorts offer excursions by boat to local fishing village islands, or to the capital Male, but otherwise, you will stay on the resort island for the duration of your stay.

Dividing part of your trip between the resort and the city of Mali gives a beautiful and varied luster to the trip.
Getting to your resort after your flight landing at Male’s Hulhule airport, which is on an island of its own. Many chartered flights, or scheduled services with Emirates (via Dubai), Qatar (via Doha), Air Sri Lanka (via Columbo) and Singapore Airlines (via Singapore). as well as British Airways from London Gatwick. Transfers from the airport to your resort island are either by boat, seaplane or domestic flight, depending on the distance.

Ok, There are many resort islands to choose from, ranging from affordable to ultimate luxury. Starting from Guesthouse if you want to experience the ‘real’ Maldives at reasonable rates or you can dive to the amazing All-inclusive resort with luxury facilities.
